The England Under-21 man has signed a brand new contract at Old Trafford
England Under-21 goalkeeper Dean Henderson has signed a brand new contract at Manchester United, the Premier League membership have introduced.
The 21-year-old, who had a powerful loan spell at Shrewsbury final season, has dedicated to the Old Trafford outfit till 2020, with the choice of an extra 12 months.
Henderson’s performances for the Shrews, which earned him a spot within the PFA League One Team of the Year, attracted curiosity from elsewhere however he was eager to stick with United.
Henderson informed MUTV: “I’m actually delighted. Coming off the again of final season and taking part in video games at Shrewsbury and having an excellent season there, to return to the most important membership on the earth and put pen to paper once more is a good achievement for me and my household. It’s one other dream come true.
“Obviously, there was a lot of interest after last season, when I’ve done well going out and playing but United are the biggest club in the world and have been my club since day one so, of course, they are always first in my mind.”
Henderson has beforehand had spells at Stockport and Grimsby.
