LONDON — Argentine tennis participant Federico Coria has been banned for eight months and fined $10,000 for anti-corruption offences.
Six months of the ban and half of the wonderful had been suspended on situation there have been no additional offences by Coria, a brother of Guillermo Coria, a French Open finalist in 2004.
The ban issued by the Tennis Integrity Unit started on Thursday, and he can resume enjoying from Aug. 12.
The penalties had been made by Jane Mulcahy, an unbiased anti-corruption official who dominated three weeks in the past that Coria did not report corruption approaches in July and August 2015, and did not cooperate with a TIU investigation.
Federico Coria, 26, is ranked 301 on the planet, down from a career-high of 226 final October.
